The goods are sent in China and we will choose the corresponding logistics channel to send the goods according to your country (EMS/DHL/UPS/Other), usually 80% of the shipping time will be within 7-15 days. In case of holidays or weather conditions there may be a delay of 1 – 2 weeks (Christmas, Black Friday, weather disasters). When the goods are dispatched we will provide you with the corresponding logistics number and you can check the tracking information in real time

We offer 100% free logistic transport in countries where we are able to determine the transport (taxes are not part of the logistic costs)

It is the responsibility of every citizen to pay taxes in accordance with the law and it is important to note that there is a certain chance that the buyer will be responsible for paying the customs duties, taxes and clearance fees incurred. The vast majority of items will be dispatched within 48 hours. Some items with complex processes may take more time, if it is a complex process we will mark on the page that it will take additional time, usually 3-7 days.
